Founded in 1992, the Australasian Musculoskeletal Imaging Group (AMSIG) is primarily for health professionals committed to interpreting MSK imaging to help their patients recover from injuries caused by everything from work accidents and sports injuries to genetics and lifestyle choices.
AMSIG provides a forum for professional development in this subspecialty of diagnostic radiology throughout Australia and New Zealand. It’s also active in promoting education in MSK imaging, liaising with allied groups internationally and providing representation on various government bodies.
If you aren’t already a member, we welcome you to join us.
AMSIG is an affiliated group of RANZCR (The Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Radiologists) – an Australian registered unincorporated entity, run by a group of volunteer radiologists who form the Executive.
AMSIG always welcomes new members, so please, don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions about joining or about the organisation itself. We offer a discounted membership subscription to trainees.
